Fitness Fridays | My Top 5 Tips for Weight Loss & Maintenance!
It's been a while since I've done a Fitness Friday post, however I hope this vlog will make up for that. This week on my YouTube Channel I decided to share my top 5 tips for weight loss. A few things: 1) Your new lighting is great! 2) Are you a teacher? You have that type of voice projection! 3) I've stopped using MFP but I'm gonna try to find you 4) Great tips!!! I actually look forward to your FF posts each week, I usually learn something and am always motivated!

Awww thank you! I'm trying to get back to tracking my food faithfully. As far as lighting goes...for me it seems that natural lighting is the best! I film near a big window now and that really helps!
